Should you have a complaint during your stay, please report it directly to the reception desk. They are your first point of contact and will gladly look for a suitable solution together with you.
If the reception desk cannot reach a solution with you, you can report your complaint to our Guest Service, via the complaint form or by contacting us at +31(0)88 500 2424.
You can also contact Guest Service if you wish to file a complaint after your stay. Your complaint must be submitted within 1 month after your departure from the park. Unfortunately, we cannot process complaints submitted later than 1 month after departure.
